How to Request a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@apoussi.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos, receipts).
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
4. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the return package.

Conditions for Returns

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to vendor error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), vendor will cover the shipping costs.
• For buyer’s remorse or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs
